Located a mere 350 meters from the beach and 550 meters from the vibrant main street, this luxurious retreat promises the ultimate Costa Rican getaway. The condo was completely updated in March 2024 with stunning furniture and artwork, new appliances, new window coverings, new linens and more!
NEW NEIGHBORS – There is a new building going up adjacent to the community and we know construction could be a bother on vacation, so we want to be up front about it. Note that construction only happens during the day and will not interrupt your time inside the condo, though you may have occasional construction noise while enjoying the Paradizio amenities. If you’re visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won’t even notice to work! Pura Vida!
Guests have private access to the condo and share the complex amenities with vacationers and residents of Paradizio.
Unfortunately, the Paradizio complex does not have an elevator.
Guests can get around on foot, by golf cart or by rental car. Our Vacation Specialist Team is happy to help with all of your transportation needs!

HOUSE RULES & COMPLEX INFORMATION
AIR CONDITIONING – Guests should not turn air conditioners below 23C / 74F. Setting the air conditioning units too low will lead to damage of the unit and possibly the property. When you leave the property, please turn off ALL air conditioners. The mini-split air conditioners will cool down the rooms down very quickly upon your return.
SMOKING – Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted inside the condo or in the common areas of the community. If you smoke or vape, we would encourage you to do so outside the complex.
GARBAGE – Garbage should be placed in the dumpster on the left side of the building, near the end of the parking area. There are also
PARKING – There is one spot for unit 304, next to the main entrance. Please do not park in other spots and do not block other vehicles.
QUIET HOURS – Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm.
POOL USE – Children are not allowed in the pool without parent supervision. Please shower before using the pool. The upper level pool patio is for adults only. Please adhere to all posted rules regarding pool use.
STREAMING SERVICES – We do not provide a login for streaming apps; you can feel free to log in using your personal account. Don’t worry if you forget to log out; we reset the apps after each visit!
DRINKING WATER – The water in Costa Rica is safe to drink. If you have a sensitive stomach, we do suggest starting with bottled water as any change in water can cause an upset.
UTILITIES – We have very consistent utility services but, as a developing country, interruptions do happen. Please keep in mind that we do not have an infrastructure like you might be used to at home; there is no centralized reporting system for power and water outages or internet interruptions. We try our best to find out more details when an outage happens, as it likely impacts many other customers and our own homes and offices.
SECURITY – Please do not give access to unauthorized persons trying to enter the property. There are security cameras on the exterior of the building and within the common spaces. There is a security guard on duty from 8pm to 6am.
