Casa Horizonte centers around a spacious great room with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and comfortable living area. Large glass doors open onto the covered and open-air terraces, blending indoor and outdoor living with ocean views.
The main level includes the primary suite, two additional suites with ensuite bathrooms, full bathroom off the living room, large pantry and laundry room. Downstairs, two additional suites each feature an ensuite bathroom and walkout access to the secluded garden. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout keep the home comfortable.
Outside, enjoy the infinity pool with its tanning section and separate jetted section. The expansive terraces offer covered dining for 12, conversation seating, sun loungers and a gas BBQ, with roll-down sun shades for added comfort.
The primary suite opens onto its own terrace, while the lower garden offers a quieter retreat with additional loungers, shade and a hammock. 🚗 Getting Around: Casa Horizonte is within Pacifico, approximately a 4-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Pacifico Village Shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Playas del Coco beachfront is about a 7-minute drive or 30-minute walk. A rental car or golf cart is recommended for convenient access to the beach, local attractions and surrounding area.
🏡 Two-Level Layout: The main living spaces and three bedrooms are on the main level. Two additional bedroom suites are on the lower level, each with walkout access to the garden. Guests should consider this layout when planning sleeping arrangements.

😎 PACIFICO BEACH CLUB: The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
– The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge. Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
– The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club. Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.
NOTE! The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed for the month of October for annual maintenance. The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.

🎾 SPORTS COMPLEX ACCESS: Guests can access the Pacifico Sports Complex between the hours of 10am and 3pm daily. Each property is permitted just one 1-hour reservation per day and access is based on availability on a first come, first serve basis. Guests must pre-book courts through our guest services team.

🛻 GETTING AROUND: Golf carts are permitted within the community and can be a convenient way to get around Pacifico, to Playas del Coco amenities and to neighboring Playa Ocotal. Garage access allows guests to charge electric golf carts, or park rental cars. The house is located in a flat section of the development, making it incredibly walkable.
Casa Horizonte is located within Pacifico, a gated, resort-style community near Playas del Coco. Known for its landscaped grounds and residential setting, Pacifico offers a convenient base for enjoying the Guanacaste coast, with community walking trails, a dog park and access to the Pacifico Beach Club.
Pacifico Village Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and everyday conveniences are approximately a 4-minute drive away, or about a 20-minute walk. Playas del Coco beachfront is around 7 minutes by car or a 30-minute walk. Coco is a lively coastal town with a broad selection of dining, shopping, nightlife and excursions, including scuba diving, sport fishing, sailing and sightseeing tours.
For a change of scenery, Playa Hermosa and other Guanacaste beaches are within driving distance. Guanacaste International Airport (LIR) is approximately 40–45 minutes away by car, making Casa Horizonte a convenient home base for exploring the region while returning to your own private retreat at the end of the day.
