Standard check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be possible depending on our booking calendar, but cannot be guaranteed.

Our properties are all vacation rentals, but we do offer weekly and monthly discounts.
Our properties are conveniently located about 25km / 15 miles from Guanacaste Airport (LIR). You can be from the runway to the beach in around 30 minutes!
Some of our properties are within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops—perfect if you prefer to explore on foot or even by golf cart! Others are located in more residential or hillside areas, where having a rental car makes getting around much easier. If you’re unsure, just ask—we’re happy to recommend the best option based on your plans and the property you choose.
