This 1-bedroom condo is located in one of the best buildings in Pacifico. It backs right onto the middle lazy river pool section and is one of the closest buildings to the main gate. It makes walking in and out of town a breeze!
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

STAIR ACCESS
Please note that the second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators in the residential buildings. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
The living space is bright and spacious with a large L-shaped kitchen and island with seating for 3. Beyond that is the living space and the massive covered terrace that spans across both the living room and primary bedroom. Outside there is dining space for 4 and a lounger for catching some rays, reading a book or an afternoon nap … you are on vacation after all!
The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and access to the private terrace. It has a large an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, large shower stall and water closet. In-suite laundry, Cable TV and hi-speed internet are a few of the comforts you have Pacifico.

SAFE
There is a keyed safe for your convenience. At departure, please leave the safe OPEN and the key in the lock. If the key is lost or not left in the lock, a locksmith fee will apply.
SLIDING DOORS
The sliding door in the living room has a two-part lock. One piece pushes up and down (down is unlocked) and below that is a circle that turns. To unlock the door, move the circle so the line is vertical; this allows the upper part of the lock to move. When the line in the circle is horizontal, the upper locking mechanism can’t move. In the bedroom, use the bar in the tracks of the door to secure the door (the lock does not work
GARBAGE – Garbage goes in the bins that are alongside/behind the parking garages. When exiting the building, there is a map on the wall showing where the garbage bins are located.

STREAMING SERVICES – We do not provide a login for streaming apps; you can feel free to log in using your personal account. Don’t worry if you forget to log out; we reset the apps after each visit!
DRINKING WATER – The water in our area is safe to drink. If you have a sensitive stomach, we do suggest starting with bottled water as any change in water can cause an upset.
UTILITIES – We have very consistent utility services but, as a developing country, interruptions do happen. Please keep in mind that we do not have an infrastructure like you might be used to at home; there is no centralized reporting system for power and water outages or internet interruptions. We try our best to find out more details when an outage happens, as it likely impacts many other customers and our own homes and offices.
WHAT IS INCLUDED AT THE PROPERTY – Your rental property has been thoughtfully equipped for vacationers. At the property, you’ll find bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, and a supply of products including bar soap, dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher tabs (if applicable), hand soap, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. If you run out of these products during your stay you can purchase more at the local grocery store. Please note that we do not supply shampoo/conditioner or body wash.
