A NOTE ABOUT PRICING – While this home sleeps 12, the pricing starts for groups of 8. This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home. Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.
Guests have full, private access to the home.
Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with! The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not easily accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Casa Magnificent is 1-minute drive to the beach of Playas del Coco. You have easy access to the restaurants and shops of the Las Palmas neighborhood and are just another 1-minute drive to downtown.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

• SAFES – There are 3 safes in the home. 1 in the main floor bedroom closet, 1 in the second floor ocean view bedroom armoire and one in the primary bedroom closet. There are instructions for setting your own code on each safe.
• AIR CONDITIONERS – Guests should not turn air conditioners below 23C / 74F. Setting the air conditioning units too low will lead to damage of the unit and possibly the property. When you leave the property, please turn off ALL air conditioners. The mini-split air conditioners will cool down the rooms down very quickly upon your return.
• POOL- Pool cleaning happens on Mondays and Thursdays. There is a skimming net at the house to use between cleans and, should the water level get low, you can top it up using the hose at the side of the house. The top pool is not a jetted tub or a hot tub, it’s simply a shallow pool.
The jets run on a timer each morning from 7am to 9am. The pool light switch is on the left wall of the upper pool section – please turn the pool light OFF when not using the pool.
• BBQ – There is a propane BBQ on the back patio. Please CLEAN the BBQ after each use and turn the tank OFF when you’re done grilling. There is a spare tank in the laundry room – when you empty a tank, please let us know so that we can replace it with a new one!
• GARBAGE – There are bins on the left side of the driveway for garbage. You do not need to separate recycling, organics and garbage – it all goes in the same bag. When the bins get full please let us know so that we can send someone to pick up.
