Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms and another full bathroom. The highlight of the home is the private rooftop patio — perfect for relaxing, dining, or soaking up the sunshine. The condo has ductless air conditioning in the main level and in each of the bedrooms.

The Tropical Dreams complex is tucked in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood. It’s a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area. Situated just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach! You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco.
Playas del Coco is just a 35-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
The area is also a very walkable! You can head downtown along the road or along the beachfront walking path. Car rentals or golf cart rentals are also options for transportation during your stay.
