This stunning second-floor condo is an ideal location for anyone looking to being close to the action, but not right in the middle of it. This unit features plenty of privacy along with gorgeous views of the grounds. It is a quick walk down to the pools and poolside bar and grill.
We’re getting new neighbors! The PACIFICO development is growing and additional properties are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you’re visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won’t even notice to work! Pura Vida!
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

STAIR ACCESS
Please note that the second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators in the residential buildings. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
This condo is beautifully decorated and has been updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The unit can comfortably sleep 6. It also features in-suite laundry and a large, covered terrace with a dining table for 4.

As a reminder, check-in time is after 3PM CST and check-out time is before 10AM CST. Alternate times may be accommodated based on the rental schedule. NO early check-in or late check-out is permitted unless confirmed by Rich Coast Vacations in advance of your trip.

HOUSE RULES
• Guests should not turn air conditioner below 23C / 74F. Setting the air conditioning units too low will lead to damage.
• Garbage should be placed in the marked cupboards between the parking garages in the parking lot.
• Smoking is only permitted OUTSIDE the condo, on the terrace. Please ensure the patio doors are closed so that the smoke/smell does not come back into the condo.
• Do not hang any towels or clothing on the patio railing.
• Please adhere to all posted signed inside the development.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• We do not provide a login for streaming apps; you can feel free to log in using your personal account. Don’t worry if you forget to log out; we reset the apps after each visit!
• The water in Costa Rica is safe to drink. If you have a sensitive stomach, we do suggest starting with bottled water as any change in water can cause an upset.
• A note about water/electric/internet – We have very consistent utility services but, as a developing country, interruptions do happen. Please keep in mind that we do not have an infrastructure like you might be used to at home; there is no centralized reporting system for power and water outages or internet interruptions. We try our best to find out more details when an outage happens, as it likely impacts many other customers and our own homes and offices.
PACIFICO POOLS, PLAYGROUND, AND HIKING TRAIL
Guests can use any of the pools at the condo area. There is a pool between buildings 10 to 13 and 2 pools that run between buildings 1 to 6. There is also a poolside restaurant/bar, as well as a jacuzzi (adults only). PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX
Guests have access to the Pacifico Sports Complex including tennis courts, pickleball courts and basketball courts. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT – Pacifico does not have equipment for rent and the property owner does not provide equipment. To use the complex, you need to pre-book at least 24-hours in advance.
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, oceanfront pools, lounge areas, a restaurant and cabanas.

You are already registered at the Beach Club. Simply arrive and give them your condo/house #. To use PACIFICO Beach Club you must spend at least $25 per person, per day at the Beach Club. Essentially, you pay $25 per person, per day directly to the PACIFICO Beach Club and this amount is credited towards the purchase of food and drinks during the course of your visit that day. Kids under 12 are free. There are additional charges and reservations required for the cabanas. Cabanas cannot be reserved, simply inquire about availability when you arrive at the Beach Club. The cost for cabana rentals is $20 for half day (10am to 2pm / 2pm to 6pm) or $30 for full day reservations.
The Beach Club offers a free shuttle service from the PACIFICO development. There is a schedule in the condo and the closest stop is located near the main gate at the entrance to building #13.
LONGEV FITNESS & WELLNESS CENTER

This is a safe area, but common sense prevails. You should apply the same precautions here as you would back home. Don’t leave items unattended, lock your doors, don’t allow people you don’t know into the condo, don’t give cash deposits to random tour salespeople you meet on the beach, don’t walk down dark alleys by yourself at night, don’t get into random vans, don’t take candy from strangers … you get it. 😉
